Dewey's pizza began with a simple belief: that a great slice of pizza can bring people together. From our stone ovens in Dublin, Ohio, we've been crafting handmade deweys pizza with fresh local ingredients and genuine passion since day one.
Dewey's pizza was born in 2008 when founder Marcus Dewey returned from a culinary journey across Italy determined to bring authentic artisan pizza culture to Dublin, Ohio. Armed with a hand-built stone oven, a notebook of recipes, and an unwavering obsession with quality, he opened our first location on Perimeter Drive.
What started as a neighborhood gathering spot quickly became a beloved institution. The secret? We never compromise. Every dewey's pizza is made with dough that slow-ferments for 72 hours, hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, and toppings sourced from Ohio farms within 150 miles of our kitchen.
